Meet Your Coaches!
Tiffany Watson will be returning for her 15th year as the Head Coach of Eastside. She and her husband Stewart have two boys, William (21) and Jay (18). She is the Testing Coordinator at Eastside and has been coaching at the Varsity level for 23 years (9 years at Wade Hampton High and 14 completed at Eastside). Under her direction, the Eastside boys' team has won the State Championship the last 11 years and the girls' team for 8 of the 15 years! She also coaches for Dove Tree's 12&unders during the SAIL season.
In her off-time, Tiffany and her family really enjoy time spent at the lake skiing, tubing, wake boarding, etc. Tiffany loves to swim for exercise and enjoys the Masters group at Caine Halter. She wants the swimmers to develop a love for the sport, a strong work ethic, and intense competition during the high school season, but she also desires that they build relationships with teammates and coaches and see the value of TEAM.
Coach Sharp is in his 10th year with the Eagles! He is the Director of Maintenance Education with The Maintenance Academy for his full-time job. He has two children, Claire (19) and Avery (14). His hobbies include disc golf, cycling, bowling, trivia, and State Championships!
Coach Tyler is in his 6th year with the Eagles! He works at Michelin for his full-time job and coaches for the Masters Swim program at Caine Halter throughout the year. His hobbies include swimming, bowling, trivia, and Hokie football!
Coach Kirkman is in her 2nd year as an Assistant Coach! She joined Eastside in 24-25 as a History Teacher and immediately jumped in to Eastside Swimming! She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in History and Secondary Ed. She is originally from Greensboro, NC and coaches a SAIL-type league in the summers there! Her hobbies include attending concerts, Clemson events, baking, and beach time! Go Tigers and Go Eagles!
